clearing of the bottom of 4 tonne shaft. 36 buckets removed and now we the
empty bottom!!! John Cooper
& Myself then to load the holes drilled on the 14.01/2017. All 4 holes
loaded with 40gm cord and connected with 12gm cord. The firing wire now only
just reaches the ledge. The charge was fired and we made our way out. John as
usual climbed the ladders. By the time I was ready to S.R.T. out the fumes were
in the bottom chamber. Quite
encouraging really. I think that proves we have the draught back and possibly
it means we are digging in the right direction. Adrian.
