John Cooper, Will Reed and Simon Richards (Nik-Nak). Another 42 loads hauled up the bottom shaft leaving it pretty well clear. We appear to have reached a mud layer, puddle on floor, with the water-worn tubes going off to the right. Nik Nak reckons there was a good draught coming out of the tube at head height tonight - it was cold outside. 2½ hours.
