Two long holes and one short one drilled at bottom (rather drippy this evening!) ready for bang. Hanger for ladder up to spoil dump above Four-Tonne Shaft moved up wall a couple of metres. 2 hours. Cooper & Myself. Armed with
drill, ladder & hangers down to the bottom. One hanger installed for the
bottom ladder and ladder attached. 3 x 10mm holes x 500mm drilled in stal &
rock bulge ready for removal later. Magic smoke squirted into a gap at floor
level on the North side showed a detectable draught (Whoo hoo). Back to the top
shafts and the ladder up to the spoil dumping site was raised another 1.5
